Port of Djibouti, Djibouti--The United States Coast Guard conducts law enforcement training with the Djibouti Coast Guard. During the training the U.S. demonstrates basic law enforcement techniques to include proper weapons handling, boarding procedures and handcuffing techniques. The Djibouti Coast Guard then implements what they learned, boarding and clearing the USCGC Midgett. Following the scenario, a feedback session highlights the strengths displayed during the exercise and provides advice to improve their skills. [More] [Less] |
